If you are getting an error that says, "something's not right" followed by an Error ID and string of numbers and Enerflo software team has been notified and will look into the issue as soon as possible, reach out to your company admin. A user with super admin permissions can check the appointment settings to verify the user accessing the appointment type has roles that match those assigned in the appointment type settings. /span>

A user with super admin permissions can click into company settings > appointment types. Click into the appointment type and scroll down to the section "Select the user roles that can be assigned to this appointment type." Here you will see the different appointment types available and the roles that are assigned to each of appointment type. If a user is trying to click/view an appointment created without having the roles that are assigned to that specific appointment type, he/she will get an error.

A user with Super Admin permission can update the user's permissions to match those on the appointment type, or can add additional roles to the allowed list for the specific appointment type.
