There are THREE different user types in V2.
Enerflo employees are assigned the role of "Platform Admin" and have view and edit access to all users, orgs, and deals made in v2. The "Super Admin" role (which was used for Enerflo employees for dev access has been deprecated as of 1/10/24)
Users of a V2 org can be assigned as an org user or org admin.
Org users have read-only access to all deals across their org and can work in and edit their own deals, submit design requests. etc. This is the role that will be given to most users.
Org admin gives the user access to all deals across the org as well as access to company settings (such as a company admin in v1). This role should only be given to users who are in an admin role at their company.
A user's role is shown next to their name. If a user doesn't have a role-type badge, they are an org user.

In admin.enerflo.io, Enerflo employees can set Users as Platform Admins. As of 1/10/24, the Enerflo admin site can also be used to set a single user to multiple orgs. If Platform Admin is selected, then that option disappers.
To add another Org to a user, under Org Authorization use the + Add button. A new row will appear and you can select from a dropdown the list of available orgs. Select whether or not the user should be an Org Admin for that particular org. Click the "check mark" to add the row. And then click Save Changes
/span>
Once an org has been added to a user, then that user will automatically show up in the Users section of the Org and automatically active. NOTE: The ability to manage multiple orgs has not be fully completed such that Org Admins are able to manage them. Thus if an Admin user puts a user in Suspended in the view below, then this user is suspended as a whole. There currently isn't functionality to remove/add someone from another org EXCEPT for the Admin UI

Org admins will still be able to mange their own list of Admin users by clicking on the Is Admin User checkbox under App Settings. This can be found under Settings --> Orgs --> Users.

Designer/Setter roles can be toggled on under Roles at the bottom of the Edit User > Profile Page
/span>
If the designer role is not available there is another way to add the designer in V2:
Set up V2 users as an Org Admin in order to complete and review designs along with being added to the design team.
Go to the Org Authorization section, click the edit button. Check the "IS ADMIN" box, then click the check mark to save.

Make sure to verify with a company admin/org admin that the designer should be the designer role and that they are okay with them being an Org Admin and then it can be assigned.
To assign this role go to Settings > Org > Users > Search User > App Settings
It should also be noted here that there are some permissions that come from legacy authorizing a user to do things (if they are say a sales manager or an office admin) but because legacy only has one version of those users, they most likely can't expect their same permissions on the 'extra' orgs added to them. To put it more concisely, additional orgs will need to rely solely on v2 native permissions.
