To enable email notifications when a user is tagged in a deal note, follow the instructions below:
Company Admins should search the users name under the company users, and then click into their user settings. Scroll down to the section labeled, "Manage your notifications" and enable SMS or Email notifications for missed deal feed notifications.
Users can enable this on their own by clicking their name and then "edit my profile." Once on their profile, they can scroll down to the "Manage your notifications" section, and enable the SMS or Email notifications they want to receive.
Note - this will only send an email or SMS for missed notifications. Users will not get emails or SMS when they are logged in and actively using Enerflo when the event occurs.
