The customer portal is where the customer can go to see information about their install after they have signed their install agreement and the deal has been pushed to the installer.
To find a customer portal for a partner:
Find the customer
View the signed agreement and click "install tracker"

Scroll to Quick links and click Portal. This is also located on the right hand side of the screen. /span>

Welcome to the Customer Portal. Here the customer can find all the information about their system, view a link to their proposal, see their project contacts, and chat with the installer. /span>
If the Portal link does not show up under quick links, the company does not have the Customer Portal feature set up and the company admin will have to request this feature to be added. A ticket will need to be created through Enerflo Technical Support
To get to Customer Portal Settings
Sales Company > Company Settings > Customer Portal Settings
To send portal to customer click Send Portal on Lead Information Page
