Site surveys can be scheduled by clicking installer next steps on the agreement or by going directly into the calendar and scheduling an appointment with the appointment type listed as site survey. Each installer may schedule their site surveys in different ways, some through Enerflo and others through a different process. Always check with your installer for the correct process to follow.
Once you are on the agreement, and the agreement has been signed there will be an "Installer Next Steps >>" button that will populate to take the rep to the next steps of scheduling the Site Survey. /span>
This can look different for each partner and each EPC, but usually it is just here on the agreement page.
Another alternative to scheduling a site survey is to go to the customer information page. Then scroll down to "Future Appointments" and clicking the blue "New" button.

Schedule a site survey by going to appointment type and selecting "Site Survey" and filling out the required information below.

The EPC is the one that will then mark the milestone within the install tracker as completed. Reps CAN add notes to each milestone if desired.
