If the wrong utility bill page is showing in the proposal, here's how to fix it.
Go to the customer portal where the customer uploaded the bill.

The last uploaded page will be what populates in the proposal.
In the Project Documents find the page you want to see in the proposal. Re-upload that page by dropping it into the "Upload your bill here" area.

Once the correct page is uploaded go back to the proposal to verify it is correct.
