If an adder is not showing up in V2, first check to make sure it is active. Do so by clicking Settings > Pricing > Adders. Here you see a list of adders and their status.

If the adder is active but not showing, check to make sure it is attached to the pricing model being used by the authorized dealer.
First, search for the authorized dealer.
Click on the dealer's name to see what pricing model they are using.

Enerflo support cannot change the pricing model for dealers. They must make this change themselves.
Also check that the pricing model is attached to the deal type being used under deal templates. If the deal template is not attached to the pricing model, the adder will not show.
If the adder is not attached to the pricing model OR if the deal template is not attached to the pricing model, navigate back to the pricing model and add it.
An admin can request this change through a ticket with Enerflo's support team.
