If a design tool, question, or deal stage is not showing on a deal - despite being in the deal template, first check to make sure there aren't view settings hiding it from being shown.
If there are no restrictions, check the deal template version on the deal. Make sure it matches the current deal template version being used. You may need to update the template version on the deal to be the most current version. Once this is updated, the deal template will show correctly.
To update the deal template version, click into the deal and then click the three dots next to the lead name. Scroll to the bottom of the side bar that pops out and under template version, make sure the number says (Current) next to it. If it does not, you will need to select the correct template version in the dropdown. Doing this should resolve the issue.
