To update docs, you will need to have a rate sheet with the loan products and their dealer fees. See an example of a dealer fees spreadsheet below:

/span>

UPDATING FINANCING OPTIONS IN V1

  1. Go to Enerflo Admin and clock into the partner's v1 instance.

  2. Go to EPC > settings > finance options

  3. Here you will see the list of loan products that need to be updated. Click on the blue pencil next to each loan product to edit it.

/span>

  1. Go to the "dealer fees" box and update the dealer fees with the dealer fee from the spreadsheet. Then, click "save"

-You do not need to add a CRM ID unless it is requested.

-If the product needs to be restricted to certain states, type the states initials and click enter.

-If the loan product is a PPA, make sure you check the box for lease.

-V1 loan products can be mapped to v2 but this isn't required unless it is requested by the partner or PSM.

-If there is a loan product in Enerflo that is not in the dealer fees sheet, confirm with the partner if this product needs to be removed before actually removing it. You might find some old loan products that are no longer offered by the lender. However, it is always best to confirm with the partner if they need to be removed unless you are a 100% sure those products are not longer valid.

If there are any loan products that should not be available for a specific sales org, you can disable them by going into EPC > sales organizations > search sales org name > settings > loan options and uncheck the loan products that should not be visible to this company. This feature is only available in v1. It should be available in v2 soon.

IMPORTANT

It's important to double check that the dealer fees are being updated on the correct loan product.

Also when updating a loan product, ensure that the term in years and apr match the short code/description. If not, please make any corrections in the short code description.

For some integrated lenders like Goodleap, Mosaic and Dividend, the product type and lender product id should automatically populate when a loan product is added.

/span>

If you do not see this information for Goodleap, Dividend, or Mosaic products, it is most likely that there is something wrong with the lender integration. Reach out to support and they can check through Enerflo Admin > companies > search company name > financing and see if the meta data has the correct information.

UPDATING LOAN PRODUCTS IN V2

  1. Log into the partner's V2 instance. Example: enerflosalesdemo.enerflo.io/deals

  2. Go to Settings > pricing > finance options > select the lender whose loan products you need to update the dealer fees for.

  3. /span>

/span>

  1. Click on the product you want to edit and enter the new dealer fees and click "save."

  2. If there are any products that need to be deactivated, click "active" next to the product and it will give you the option to make the product inactive. If it needs to be deleted, click "archive."

/span>

/span>

  1. If you click the "sync" button on the top right, it will sync all the products available with their most up to date dealer fee.. However, if the partner dealer fees are higher, you can simply edit the product and change the dealer fees to what the partner set for that product and it will show a little "i" next to the product indicating that the dealer fees have been adjusted.

/span>

  1. There's also a feature called "product targeting" that allows EPCs to manage dealer fees by sales orgs. For example, if a specific org should have higher dealer fees than the rest of the orgs, you can set a targeting rule and specify the dealer fee percentage that needs to be incremented for products for that sales org. To learn more about this feature and how to create product targeting rules, reference this Guru card:
