If you receive "Uh oh. That was a bad request. Unable to create agreement documents. Invalid conditions." when trying to generate the agreement, reach out to the installer and have them double check they have an install contract set up to meet your deal conditions.

If you are an installer, you must have company admin permissions, check the EPC's install contracts to see if they install in the state the project is in.

Go to EPC > Settings

/span>

Under settings, click "install contracts"

/span>

This will bring up a list of the Contract Groups the EPC has set up, select edit and find the install contract that is needed for the deal if the state the deal is in is not listed, that is why the error is populating. If there are any other requirements set up that are not met may also cause this error to populate.
