If a partner receives this error, check their user roles and permissions to make sure they do not have both the regional manager AND company admin role. Having both roles will cause this error. Removing the regional manager role will give the user access to all leads and deals since the company admin and the super admin roles have access to everything.
Please note the regional manager role is given to those who do not have company admin or super admin roles, not both.

If the partner user is not a company admin and regional manager and is getting the error check to make sure that the regional manager settings have an active office assigned. If not assign the correct office they should be in for the Regional Manager Settings. /span>
