Invalid Vendor Error when Applying for GoodLeap TPO

If you get an error stating "Invalid Vendor" when trying to apply for a GoodLeap loan, check the Equipment being used in the design is on GoodLeap's approved equipment list. This error can indicate the equipment on the design is not allowed by GoodLeap TPO.

Approved manufacturers can be found here:

If the equipment is verified accepted and you are still getting the error, reach out to Enerflo Support. We will check that the mapping is correct on our end to clear the error.

Once the mapping has been updated, the home owner will need to unfinalize and refinalize the proposal, and then reapply for their loan for the error to clear.

When we get an invalid vendor error, a loan application was successfully generated, but we were unable to push the system design to GoodLeap. The application will need to be resubmitted, but since they already have an existing application, the system will use that rather than pinging the homeowners credit again.
