Quick Definition, if more information is needed on the subject, click on the subject name to see a more in depth GuruCard

A

Partner is live and paying monthly fee for features created for their company within Enerflo.

Used when referencing Users with Company or Office Admin Roles assigned. Also V2 User Setting

Aircall is the cloud-based call center and phone system of choice for Enerflo. A voice platform that integrates seamlessly with popular productivity and helpdesk tools. Aircall was built to make phone support easy to manage—accessible, transparent, and collaborative. Enerflo Technical Support Phone Reps will be using this to speak with partners over the phone. ONLY Admins can call and use this service. Reps may try to call but only Admins will be answered. Admins may call on behalf of other users. Comet, Peak Power USA, Sky Blue, 1-Up, NSEC, Solar Edge Pros, Virginia Energy Solutions, and Weather Tech are our first Support Team Partners (Growth Partners) and will be using this service once onboarded.

Allows you to block out the time on the calendar without assigning a user to the appointment. When checked, you will also see the days of the week selector for you to choose which day(s) to allow assigned scheduling. When Allow Unassigned Appointments is NOT checked, you'll see Auto Scheduling Rule which allows you to prioritize assignments.

Application programming interface key (API key) is a unique identifier used to authenticate a user, developer, or calling program to an API

Allows you to assign a specific color to each appointment type. This makes it easier to see appointment types at a glance. This color is displayed on the Appointment Type Name at the top of the calendar and will show on the appointment itself in the calendar.

Will define the appointment type name that you see at the top of the calendar.

Enerflo users can disposition an appointment to give an idea of what happened. This is particularly important for companies to keep and track appointment data. With this data, trends can be identified, processes can be improved, and companies can be more effective with their time and resources.

Aurora is solar software to design and sell advanced PV systems.

Average monthly bill for solar depends on a variety of factors, such as the size of the solar system, the energy usage of the household or business, the cost of electricity in the area, and the amount of sunlight available in the location. if a solar system is able to provide enough energy to meet all the electricity needs of a household or business, the monthly bill can be significantly reduced or even eliminated. There may still be some monthly costs associated with solar, such as equipment maintenance and financing fees for purchasing the solar system. It's important to note that the savings from going solar can vary greatly depending on individual circumstances.

APR stands for "Annual Percentage Rate". It is a measure used to represent the annual interest rate charged for borrowing money or the annual return earned on an investment, taking into account the various costs associated with the loan or investment, such as fees, charges, and other expenses. The APR is typically expressed as a percentage and is used to compare the costs and benefits of different financial products.

Auto-Scheduler is selected when creating an apt, or typically it is deep-linked from within deal templates themselves. Often in offices where we there are 30+ reps, trying to find cross availability was extremely time consuming and sometimes would break altogether.

B

Enerflo will not bill a partner their monthly fee if a Bill hold is in place. This can happen when there are a lot of issues or delay with an integration. The bill hold will be removed once those issues or the delay has concluded and the partner will continue recieving a monthly fee.

Enerflo suspends partner account due to non payment. This temporarily shuts off any access per the new Dev Feature (Language will be changed soon 3/8/23)

Billing Settings states which status each partner is in within Enerflo (Active, Onboarding, Bill Pause, Bill Hold) Billing Settings should be looked up within HubSpot!

C

Callpilot is a cloud-based Third Party Verification (TPV) solution that automates Welcome Call Surveys for Installers/EPCs to mitigate risk, reduce churn and increase pull-through rates. Traditionally, TPV is a manual process that requires humans to conduct, record and transcribe surveys (call center, TPV company or in-house resources), which can result in errors. Other common problems include limited days/times availability (holidays, weekends, after hours, etc.), as well as long hold and wait times for staff to be available. Callpilot is on-demand, 24/7/365 with zero hold times. Data is stored digitally (in Callpilot & Enerflo) and can be accessed/referenced, as needed, forever.

Allows you to CC anybody internally whom you'd like to have visibility on this appointment type.

Feature shows Change logs for the customer and what changes were made and to what they were changed too. Found on the lead information page.

Change Order feature allows for a partner to make an update to a signed install agreement.

Enerflo Technical Support will see common errors with partners arise everyday. It is good to know what those common errors are to assist when they pop up.

General Settings for the company can be accessed by company admin/super admins. These refer to general settings within Enerflo that are adjustable to change features and abilities for users. Examples: (Lead Statuses, Duplicate Lead Policy, Leaderboard View Settings, API Keys)

Fee to cover the cost of financing and selling the deal. This cost is borne by the customer similar to doc fees when purchasing a vehicle. The Concierge fee is not taken from the Reps commission and is rolled into the customers loan. The Concierge fee is a fee that is used to cover costs such as documents, labor for filing documents etc. The Dealer fee is something separate. No dealer fees are charged on the Concierge Fee.

Option to select at the bottom of Create a New Lead that allows lead to be created without uploading an install agreement for tracking purposes.

EPC's create new Dealer/Sales Orgs, an Admin account for that organization is not being created. This prevents Enerflo Admin's from being able to do a user search using the "+partnername" search. To remedy this Support can create an Admin user for the Sales Organization.

Partners want to create new users/manage users within Enerflo. Attached Guru Card shows more information.

Customer Portal allows homeowners to interact with the sales rep, access information, and perform various tasks online. The portal provides a centralized location for customers to view their account information, update personal detals, track solar proposals, submit support requests, and access other self-service tools. This is designed to enhance the homeowner experience by providing convienant and efficent ways to interact with Enerflo partner(s).

D

Onboarding will look at "Partner Prep Doc" in Guru and make sure that they have the correct information on things like main company contact, EIN, design tool, markets, etc. It is very important to make sure that the data collection for each company has been checked and is correct before partnerships go live.

Similar Time Gap but is measured in days. This useful when a Sales Rep sells a deal at the door and the homeowner has a 3-day right to cancel. You may not want to send the site surveyor out to the homeowner's location until the 4th day to ensure extra work or resources aren't being spent on a deal that still has the option to cancel.

Solar Dealer Fee is a percentage of the loan added onto the total principal of the loan. A typical dealer fee is 15-25% of the projects cost, which is added to the total loan amount.

If a number is entered into the Dealer Fee Override box, it will override the current dealer fee that is set in the EPC's main loan settings. This is especially helpful if the EPC wants to add additional fees onto any deals done by sales org's. The number entered in will be the new dealer fee percentage. To keep the dealer fee the same as what the EPC has configured, leave this field blank.

Indicators on deal types to make it easier for searching, filtering, and reporting later. Examples (no show, cancelled, Failed Credit, Missing Usage/Bill, etc.)

Apt length will help the setters find an opening in a user's schedule that is sufficient for the appointment type. If a Solar Consultation requires a 90-minute visit, this setting will ensure that the setter can only schedule this appointment type at a time when the Sales Rep has 90 min of availability.

Appointment name that will be seen by the customer when a communication is sent regarding an appointment. Additionally, this is the name that will show up on the calendar. This field uses both open text and a token system called Dynamic Replacements. The format of these tokens can be found at the bottom on the menu on the left side of the page. These tokens will pull information from the lead record to auto-populate the token in this field. A Default Appointment Title might look like the following: "Solar Consultation with ##{{customer.name}}". On the calendar this will display as "Solar Consultation with Jane Doe".

Stage in a solar energy project where the engineering and design work is finalized and ready for implementation.

At this stage, a detailed plan for the solar energy system has been developed, taking into account factors such as the property owner's energy needs, the available solar resources at the installation site, the type and size of solar panels, the inverter and battery storage requirements, and the electrical system interconnection.

The solar design completion phase typically involves the following steps:

  1. Site assessment: The solar energy company or contractor performs an assessment of the installation site, taking into account factors such as shading, roof angle, and orientation to optimize the solar energy system's performance.

  2. Engineering and design: The solar energy company or contractor uses the site assessment data to develop a detailed engineering and design plan for the solar energy system. This includes determining the placement and layout of solar panels, the required electrical equipment and wiring, and any necessary structural modifications to the building.

  3. Permitting and approval: The solar energy company or contractor obtains any necessary permits and approvals from local authorities and utility companies to ensure compliance with building and electrical codes and regulations.

  4. Final review and approval: The solar energy company or contractor reviews and approves the final design and plans with the property owner before initiating the installation.

Solar design completion is a critical phase in a solar energy project as it ensures that the system is designed correctly and meets the property owner's energy needs. Once the design is complete, the solar energy company or contractor can move forward with the installation and commissioning of the solar energy system.

Design portal is a one-stop page to help a sales rep understand the status of their design. It routes things like revisions, chat, escalations, etc all based on the company doing their design. In addition, this changes how revisions are submitted, so please take note!

Design portal does not turn on automatically. It needs to be added via the survey builder meta data.

Design queue that manages design requests across partners. Typically, these live within the EPC org, as EPC typically do/pay for designs. Dealers on Solo do NOT use our design queue, as Solo has their own, which we integrate with.

Enerflo created a design queue that manages design requests across partners. Typically, these live within the EPC org, as EPC typically do/pay for designs. Dealers on Solo do NOT use our design queue, as Solo has their own, which we integrate with.

E

New initiative from The Campaign Registry that requires all brands to register their EIN (Employer Identification Number -- also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number) with their messaging provider.

Setting closes the availability window of this appointment type. Perhaps you don't want your site surveyors getting appointments after 4pm due to travel requirements or any other limitation, you can select the time that marks the end of the availability window for scheduling Site Survey appointments.

Enables a company to turn on a Sighten integration which will push and pull data to and from Sighten design tool, now called Everbright.

F

Field Verification

Enerflo Dev Team member typically completes this. Make sure integration is set up (if the partner has one), Dev checks to make sure all the correct fields are pushing from their CRM to Enerflo, or from Enerflo to the CRM. Example: if the partner's leads get created in a different system and they have an integration where the lead is created in the CRM, and then it pushes to Enerflo, in the Field Verfification step, the Dev team would go through to make sure all applicable fields are filling out correctly. Fields such as First name, Last name, Phone Number, Email, Address, Etc.

Financial Impact slide offers the customer in depth insight into the payment and savings comparison between solar and straight utility consumption.

G

Google Calendar is synced - it will push Enerflo scheduled appointments to that synced calendar.

Google Drive

Google Drive is a free cloud-based storage service that enables users to store and access files online. Enerflo partners can sync a google drive to their account to collect documents and files. Onboarding videos are saved within their google drive account.

Gross System Cost Override (GSCO) is used to override the System Cost within the Payment terms page on the proposal when the estimated total does not match what the partner desires. This could be due to the lender loan estimated costs not matching Enerflo's system cost total. The GSCO can vary widely depending on the specific project and circomstances.

Growth Partners will be assigned out to Enerflo Technical Support Reps and meet each month as a check in to see how the partners are doing. This will allow the Growth Partners to be in the know of any updates, feature requests, ticket updates, and so forth.

H

Happy Path

End to end demo that goes through very standard process and are not wanting to break the path. It is going to work every time because not going out of the features that already exist. Happy paths are good for new training videos.

HelioQuote Proposal Tool creates professional-looking solar proposals and updates in real-time.

Sales rep receives this error when trying to view the proposal if their state sales rep license information has not been added on their account.

Home Utility ID may populate after "install next steps" Submit project happens due to utility information entered incorrectly within the survey questionnaires.

Allows you to determine how har out in advance you want to schedule this type of appointment. Perhaps you like to have Solar consultations scheduled out 4 weeks but your Site Surveys you only want scheduled out 2 weeks. Each appointment type can

HubSpot has a one-stop shop for every partner that is a place to view important information about the company (PSM, Billing Status, Company Type, CRM Etc)

Hubspot allows outbound emails to allow Enerflo employees to reach out to partners without using personal/work email.

HubSpot tickets are Enerflo partner support requests, and they're through the HubSpot Service Hub. They act as a record of all the interactions between a partner and Enerflo. HubSpot tickets include information like the date, time, and type of request, as well as any attachments or notes.

In relation to the Type of Company the Partner is and is found in HubSpot

I

IGS lease refers to a type of lease agreement between a property owner and a solar energy company, where the solar company installs a solar energy system on the property owner's premises and leases the system to the property owner for a fixed term.

Under an IGS (Independent Generation System) lease agreement, the solar energy company retains ownership of the solar panels and other equipment, while the property owner pays a monthly lease payment to use the solar energy system. The property owner also agrees to purchase the electricity generated by the solar panels at a fixed rate for the duration of the lease term.

IGS leases for solar are often attractive to property owners who may not have the upfront capital to invest in a solar energy system, but still want to benefit from the cost savings and environmental benefits of renewable energy. The lease agreement typically includes maintenance and monitoring services provided by the solar company, which can help ensure the system operates at peak efficiency and minimize any maintenance costs for the property owner.

It's worth noting that the terms and conditions of an IGS lease agreement can vary depending on the solar energy company, the property owner's location, and other factors. Property owners considering an IGS lease should carefully review the terms of the agreement and compare it with other financing options to determine if it's the right choice for their specific needs.

Company admin asks about importing leads and installs from a CRM, this is an action that only Enerflo can do as long as all the required information can be accessed.

Go to Admin >> customer install import.

Available settings are "On the hour", "Every half hour", "Apt length", and "Manually select slots", This allows you to schedule this appointment type on any of the aforementioned options between the Start Scheduling Window time the End Scheduling Window time. For example, if I only want Site Surveys scheduled on the hour, I can make that selection here and the scheduler will only show openings on the hour.

Feature allows a sales team to inherit ALL EPC settings from the parent sales team (most likely the one with the same name of the company you are cloaked in as) org in the sales team list.

Inherit from the default/parent sales org (i.e. the EPC typically). If you change the parent, all those who are marked to inherit should be changed; it will also be changed once the setting is turned on.

Intercom is a communication platform that Enerflo Technical Support uses to chat with partners. It shows who is using Enerflo and makes it easy to personally communicate with them about targeted content, behavior-driven messages, and conversational support.

Field is an internal override that will allow you to shorten or otherwise modify the name of the appointment as seen on the internal (non-customer facing) calendar event itself. This will not modify the full name of the appointment type shown at the top of the calendar. Nor will this change the Appointment Type Name on the email sent to the customer. An example of this is used as follows. If I think "Solar Consultation with" is too long, I can use "SC: ##{{customer.name}}" in this field and it will show this abbreviation or variation on the calendar appointment instead of the Default Appointment Title.

To know how an EPC approves/denies install contracts, cloak into the EPC and then go to settings. Then, look for the setting: "Agreements: Create install record and send to customer." This step determines how the approval process will occur. Whatever is selected is the trigger for creating an install record in EPC as well as pushing data to the CRM.

K

(KPI) Key Performance Indicator

KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator. It is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company or an individual is achieving key business objectives. KPIs are used to evaluate and track the performance of a particular activity, process, or outcome over time. They provide a quantitative and objective way to assess progress and success in reaching strategic goals. Examples: Chat review stats, Aircall stats, Hubspot stats, ETC

L

Leads can be assigned to a Setter, Sales Rep, and an Office in the lead record. Once a lead is generated, it will be assigned to a Sales Rep through a Round Robin or Power Ranking system. The distribution of leads is decided by the Sales Organization. The Sales Rep will access their assigned leads in Enerflo from the Sales Rep menu by selecting My Leads or My Deals. Enerflo will automatically generate a SMS notification to the Sales Rep to notify them the lead was assigned to them. The Office assignment will auto-select based on the where the Sales Rep is assigned. If a Sales Rep works in multiple offices outside fo their assigned area, a user can override the default office. If the lead is reassigned to a different Sales Rep, the Office will default to the location where the newly assigned rep works.

Lead Source field helps users know where the lead originated. The source options for this field are specific to each company though common options include; "online", "referral", "setter", "self generated", etc. Sources are entered in Enerflo via the Sales Company menu by selecting Company Settings. On the General Settings page, click on Edit Lead Sources under the Lead Sources header.

Lead Status field tells users where the lead is in the deal flow process. This is sometimes referred to as the Customer Disposition. While these statuses are defined by company, they may look something like the following: “Qualified”, “Unqualified | Failed Credit”, “Unqualified | Structural”.

Lease options are products where the lender owns the system and the customer is "leasing" or "renting" the system from the lender. At the end of term, sometimes, the homeowner is made an offer to purchase the system at a "fair market price" or renew a new lease contract.

Lender audit will only show up once a customer has applied for financing. The lender audit will show the lender(s) they have applied with and the status of the loan applications.

Lender Fees are calculated differently than you think. Instead of taking the Total System Cost Amount and multiplying by the dealer fee, it is instead calculated as such: Fee amount = amount/(100 - dealer fee).

Each Lender has different limits on the loans they will give. If the system amount is greater than the limit, the payment will show $0 or the proposal may get an error and not open.

Custom-built software Freedom Forever calls LIGHTSPEED that helps manage projects, update homeowners on the progress of their installation, and monitor active systems.

Partner Status after completing Onboarding

M

Main panel upgrade in solar refers to the replacement or upgrade of the main electrical panel or circuit breaker box in a building in order to accommodate a solar energy system.

Home's main electrical panel

Error may populate for a customer that the loan documents have not been signed. This is due to the loan documents being completed outside of Enerflo. To show the loan documents have been signed Enerflo Technical Support will complete a Manually Override.

Market map tool is where a partner can scroll the map or satalite to see Radius Rules as well as Markets created.

Setting up Markets by state and zip code to show installers availablility and radius rules.

Type in the zip code and all the installers that are available in that market will show up. If the installer has a radius rule and the zip code is within the radius, this will show how far away they are. If there is a market that is causing issues and showing up when it shouldn't, the market will show how far away it is.

Megawatt hour (MWh) is a unit of energy commonly used to measure large amounts of electrical energy consumption or production over a period of time. It represents the amount of energy produced or consumed when one megawatt (MW) of power is used for one hour.
To give you an idea of scale, one MWh is equivalent to one million watt hours, or 1,000 kilowatt hours (kWh).

Milestone 0, 1, 2 Sales Reps get paid in certain milestones. Milestones are very important! Milestones refer to key stages or steps involved in the process of installing a solar energy system. These milestones may vary depending on the type and size of the solar project, but some common ones include: Site Survey Complete, Permit Recieved, Install Completed, PTO. These are typically updated by the EPC.

(MMR) Monthly Recurring Revenue

Monthly Recurring Revenue is a metric that represents the predictable and recurring revenue generated by a Enerflo Partner on a monthly basis.

Guru Card that shows most common troubleshooting errors that Enerflo Technical Support sees frequently with Partners.

N

NEM 3.0 features a 75% reduction in export rates (the value of excess electricity pushed onto the grid by solar systems), thereby reducing the overall savings and increasing the payback period of home solar.

Person on the bill is not the person buying the system. i.e. a renter is paying the utility bill, the owner of the residence is buying solar. Allow NEM Signer will allow the sales rep to put in the name of the person on the utility bill if it is different than who is buying the solar system. This will trigger a 3rd signer process to have the NEM signer(the person who's name is on the utility bill) sign any required utility and interconnection docs.

Solar power you produce will charge your battery. Any additional power will be sent to the utility but you will not receive any credits or money for that power.

Note Verification

Note Verification is part of the CRM Integration piece of the Build.

Notification Configuration

Notification Configuration is the Communication that is set up for Appointment Types and is also in relation to Project Milestone Communication.

O

Onboarding user refers to partners that are still working with the Enerflo Onboarding team. Once they have finished with Onboarding their status will be changed to Live. This is found within Hubspot under the billing status.

Overhead costs refer to the indirect expenses associated with the installation, operation, and maintenance of a solar energy system. These costs are not directly related to the production of energy but are necessary to support the overall function of the system. Examples: (Commission, Adders, Finacing)

P

Google Drive that holds all Enerflo's new Partners with a folder to save important documents related to their company. This may include Brief Sheet, SOWs, and so forth.

Onboarding will look at "Partner Prep Doc" in Guru and make sure that they have the correct information on things like main company contact, EIN, design tool, markets, etc.

PECO (Philadelphia Electric Company) is an electric utility company that provides electricity to customers in the Philadelphia area. In the context of solar, PECO is an important entity because it is responsible for interconnecting solar energy systems to the electric grid. This means that when installing a solar energy system in the PECO service territory, the homeowner will need to go through the interconnection process with PECO to connect their system to the grid and start receiving credits for any excess energy you produce. PECO also offers various incentive programs and rebates for customers who install solar, which can help offset the cost of the system. Overall, PECO plays a crucial role in the solar industry in the Philadelphia area by enabling customers to connect their solar energy systems to the electric grid and providing incentives to encourage the adoption of solar energy.

Permission To Install (PTI) Permit that is required by some local governments or utility companies before a solar energy system can be installed on a property. This permit is typically required to ensure that the solar energy system complies with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

Permission to Operate (PTO) is a permit issued by the local utility company or government agency that allows a solar energy system to be connected to the electrical grid and operate as a source of electricity for a building or facility.

Partner Lead is assigned after user is inactive based on the ranking of their sales reps. Ranking criteria may take into account any number of factors which may include seniority, closing rate, revenue generated, availability, etc. Each rep’s rank aligns them in a hierarchy to receive leads. The higher the rep is in the hierarchy, the more leads they are likely to get. ower ranking and make a decision based on that

Discounts can be viewed if they are available. Partners can add custom discounts or there are some rebates that are treated as discounts and all information can be viewed here if any are available through the utility companies. Discounts reduce the Gross System Cost and will affect the payment amount and also the amount financed. Discounts are referred to as reductions in the cost of purchasing and installing solar energy systems, typically offered by governments, utility companies, or solar companies themselves. These discounts can take various forms, such as rebates, tax credits, or subsidies, and are designed to make solar energy more affordable and accessible to individuals and businesses. Solar discounts can also include other incentives such as net metering, which allows solar energy system owners to sell excess energy back to the grid, and financing options that reduce the upfront costs of installation. Overall, solar discounts aim to encourage the adoption of renewable energy sources and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

PPA stands for Purchased Power Agreement. In this contract, the monthly payments actually do fluctuate. Homeowner pays a $/kWh rate on the power that the system produces each month, whether or not they use it all. So over the course of a year, the homeowner could pay more during the summer (because production rate is higher) and pay less during the winter. Additionally, the $/kWh rate is also subject to an annual escalator. Sunnova has said that the PPA is their least popular pr

Due to the increases in interest rates, financiers have been making a lot of adjustments/changes to their product lineups and pricing. With so many changes, we've decided to create this guru card just as a log of all changes that we are aware of. (Note: not all financiers notify us directly of their changes)

R

Rebates are financial incentives offered by government entities or utilities to encourage the adoption of solar energy systems. These rebates provide a monetary reward to homeowners or businesses that install solar energy systems, helping to offset the upfront costs of installation. Solar rebates are typically offered as a percentage of the total cost of the solar system, and can vary based on factors such as the size of the system, location, and other eligibitlity criteria. Some solar rebates may also be based on the amount of energy generated by the system or the environmental benefits of using solar energy. The availability and amount of solar rebates can vary depending on the state, provice, or country where the solar system is installed, as well as the specific uiltiy company or government program offering the rebate. In addition to solar rebates, other financial incentives for solar energy adoption may include tax credits, net metering programs, and performance-based incentives.

Solar power you produce will charge your battery. Any additional power you don't use will be purchased from your utility at a reduced rate and credited to your account.

Need uploaded solar design changes? Request a redesign with the design team. Redesigns can now happen in a more standard approach. Previously, you would have to re-enter a design request form to trigger a design request, which wasn't intuitive. A new button can be added to deals which improves the redesign experience. This works regardless of the design tool being used, and automatically syncs with the design queue.

Roles and permissions are added by Enerflo Company Admins to their users as a way to access certain features. These roles can not be changed by Enerflo employees and should be changed by the Partner's Company Admin/Super Admins.

Partner Lead is sent to the next Sales Rep in line if a user goes inactive. No preference is given to the rep’s ability or history of closing deals.

Round robin assigns conversations in a circular manner and in alphabetical order to available teammates.

Partner requests to forward their customers' SMS inbound messages to a company phone number, the super admin can update this within company settings.

Partner/EPC can create their own sales org without having to request it through their PSM or support. These Sales Orgs are Enerflo's Partners. Sales organization is a team of individuals responsible for selling solar energy systems to potential customers. The sales organization may be part of a larger solar company or may be a standalone sales team that works with multiple solar companies. The primary goal of a sales organization for solar is to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales of solar energy systems. This may involve various sales techniques, such as cold calling, door-to-door sales, online marketing, and in-person consultations. The sales organization may also be responsible for providing customers with information about the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and energy independence. A successful sales organization for solar will have a deep understanding of the solar industry, including the latest technology and trends, as well as a customer-focused approach that emphasizes the unique needs and preferences of each customer.

When working with a hybrid company Sales Team Roasters are only in the EPC settings under the sales orgs for the EPC to look at sales organizations roster of sales reps.

Scoop is a CRM that can be integrated with Enerflo. School does their own integration now and so Enerflo does not have to do this for partners.

Scoop is a user-friendly project management solution for busy solar and renewable teams. Connect processes, data, communication, and tools together.

Scribe Chrome extension turns any process into a step-by-step guide, complete with text, links and annotated screenshots. Scribe uses AI to automatically create how-to documentation with text and screenshots simply by following along as the user works.

Systems are priced based on how many kw are installed not what the system will produce.

SRECs are sold separately from the physical electricity that your solar panels produce. Think of them like a “voucher” that proves that the electricity from your solar panels is renewable. You earn one SREC for every 1,000 kWh (or 1 MWh) of electricity produced by a solar system.

Solo is a sales conversion platform specializing in creating dynamic, customizable proposals for roofing and solar services.

Control if a sales rep can sell in all states or certain states based on them having a current and updated license number in their User Profile.

Simple way of ensuring appointments aren't being set before a certain time. If you don't send Sales Reps out to meet with customers before 8 am, you can select the appropriate time in this setting to ensure your setters don't schedule an appointment too early in the day.

Subcontractor survey for solar is a set of questions used to evaluate and assess the capabilities, experience, and qualifications of a subcontractor who specializes in solar installations. This survey is typically used by solar installation companies or project managers to vet potential subcontractors and ensure that they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to complete a solar installation project successfully. The survey may cover topics such as the subcontractor's experience with solar panel installation, their familiarity with local regulations, their availability, and their pricing structure. The information gathered from the survey can help solar installation companies make informed decisions about which subcontractors to hire for their projects.

Sun hour typically refers to the amount of time during a day when the sun's rays provide enough solar irradiance (solar energy) to generate a certain level of electricity from a solar panel or to effectively support plant growth. One sun hour is defined as the amount of solar energy received by a location during one hour of full sunlight, which is equivalent to an irradiance of 1,000 watts per square meter (W/m²). The actual number of sun hours a location receives depends on factors such as latitude, season, time of day, cloud cover, and atmospheric conditions.

This is an EPC, all-access role.

Enerflo Technical Support role assists with incoming; chats, phone calls (855-687-2797), emails, and Hubspot Tickets.

T

Pulling reports on chat contents requires tags. Within Guru there are instructions on what to tag each chat that comes through. Also tagging in other individuals into the Intercom chat will be done through what is called tagging.

Financing arrangement in which a third-party company owns and operates a solar energy system installed on a property, and the property owner benefits from the use of the energy generated by the system.

There are 2 different times in which tickets will be vetted. The first is during the daily ticket vetting meeting where the T1 and T2 Support Teams will go over their tickets and decide if they are ready to be worked on or need to be escalated to a different team. The second is when a ticket is submitted with a priority of “High” or “Urgent.” During the process of vetting a ticket, a member of the Support Team (T1 or T2) will need to identify several things before changing the team assigned and moving the ticket to the “Waiting On Assignee” or “Escalated” status.

Time gaps help account for travel time or any other buffer a user needs before another appointment can be scheduled on their calendar. If a Sales Rep is in an area where the travel time between appointments is typically 15-20 minutes. You might choose to give the Rep a 30-minute Time Gap to allow them to get to the next appointment comfortably. We encourage the Time Gap to be set in 30 increments.

Location tracking accounts for the distance between addresses to determine a user's availability. This calculation is not based on real-time traffic data. Rather it calculates a 45mph drive time, then calculates the miles between address to determine if a user will have the time to arrive at the next appointment on time. If Use Location Tracking is selected, the Max Distance field will appear. This allows you to set a custom distance that will calculate as 0-min drive time. For example, perhaps you want the Location Tracking calculation to consider any other appointment within 1 mile to be a 0-minute travel time.

Zapier is a no-code automation tool that lets you connect your apps into automated workflows. When an install is prepared in Enerflo, users can submit the install. At that time, the install details will be pushed to an ensemble of Zapier workflows which will create Person and Deal records in PipeDrive from that data, mapping those records to Enerflo Customer/Lead and Survey/Deal records. If those records have already been created and mapped in Enerflo, the Pipedrive records will be updated with the data from Enerflo.
