When a partner chats in about a Everbright/Sighten Deal type

Everbright deal types are using Sighten to create designs

  1. The design portal is not populating correctly follow this guru card:

  3. If an error is populating when trying to click continue on the design request survey within Enerflo follow this guru cards:

    1. Error When Submitting Sighten or Everbright Project Creation (Design Request)

    2. Everbright Error: Design Portal Not Populating and 500 Error When Submitting

  1. LAST RESORT (NEVER START WITH STEP 3) Unlink from Everbright /span>

Unlinking from Everbright the partner will require:

  1. First go to everbright and delete the sighten design

  2. Second delete the lead in Enerflo and start over completely.

There is no other option once the design has been unlinked! No exceptions.
