A sales rep may chat in and say that they don't have any deal types showing up for their customer when trying to create a new deal. Deal types may show for an Enerflo Admin account, but when cloaked in as the rep, no deals are available.
Check first to make sure the EPC Installs in the zip code that the customer lives in.
Cloak in as the EPC and then search EPC > Sales Organizations > Settings

Check to see that they have deal types enabled.

In this case, no deal types were enabled. A company admin from the EPC will need to enable those, contact chat, or their PSM to get a deal type(s) enabled.
We DO NOT enable deal types unless it is the EPC requesting them to be enabled.
