When rep chats in wanting to add an entire state to their market follow these steps:
Verify with the PSM that it's okay to move forward. DO NOT make any changes without asking first.
Once given the ok, click EPC > Setting > Markets > +New Market

After clicking on +New Market you will see this page.

**Make sure to not add an address, city, or zip because that is only required if you are using a radius from a central location.
Input the state in the Market name area and select the time zone. Make sure they want this to be enabled for every sales org. If not check the box below. Then click create market.

Come back to this screen. Find the market just added and click on Territory.

From here you will click + add states.

This box will populate. Search for the state to add and click add./span>
Once completed the new market will be added. Verify with the company admin whether or not they would like to add travel adders. These can be added here. If needed input the $ amount ppw they wish to have for the travel adder and click the blue save button./span>
