If an Enerflo lead integrated with Everbright needs to be transferred to a different sales rep than it originally had here are the steps to do so:
Make sure the lead is transferred to the new sales rep in the Enerflo lead. Changing the sales rep in Enerflo will NOT change it in Everbright.
To change the sales rep assigned to the lead in Everbright, log into the companys Everbright account./span>
You will not be able to search the customers name in Everbright, so you will need to filter the leads either by the date they were created, or the original rep they were assigned to./span>
Once the lead is found, click "ownership" /span>
From there the company, sales rep, and phases of the Everbright lead can be changed and updated. /span>
Make sure to click "SAVE" at the bottom of the screen before exiting the lead information.
