Sometimes, reps will come in chat saying they changed the panel type in the design request and that the new panel type is showing in the proposal but not in the agreement.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot this issue:

1- First, we need to make sure that the agreement has not been signed, otherwise changes can't be made.

2- Go into the design request and verify that the panel the rep selected is showing.

3- Double check the SOLO proposal and verify that it's showing the same panel type.

4- Go to the agreement page. If the agreement is still showing the old panel that the rep selected at first, click on the "rebuild" button to update it.

5- If the step above does not work, go to the SOLO proposal again and click on the triple bar menu.

6- Turn the toggle autosave off.

7- Click on "save" (If done correctly, you will the green notification showing all the proposal that have been saved)

8- Then turn the toggle autosave back on.

Go back into the agreement page and click "rebuild" one more time and verify that the new panel type is showing. If it isn't, this might need further investigation.
