Sometimes if a Solo design is not pulling into Enerflo, we can perform a webhook to send it Enerflo.

1.) First, verify that the reps Solo login matches their Enerflo login. **Remember these may be case sensitive and if they do not match exactly it will error.

2.) Verify that the Solo proposal is not loading in Enerflo.

3.) Login to Solo using the customer's name or Solo Customer ID.

4.) Scroll down to the Admin tab.

5.) See webhook dropdown menu and select ProposalSent and hit dispatch.

6.) Verify in the Outbound History the response and that the proposal was sent.
