When a rep is trying to create a new lead and the deal types are not populating there is a way to fix this. /span>
Most of the time, if there are not any deal types showing in the dropdown, it’s because the EPC has not enabled any deal types for the company. To check this go to EPC >> sales orgs>> search the company name >> settings. Make sure the sales org/company has deal types enabled
If they do not have any, they will need to have the EPC Admin verify which deal type they would like turned on for the org. /span>
Then check the Market Tester to make sure the homeowner is eligible for installation. Market Tester Feature
Check to make sure the company has deal types available /span>
If above is not the problem there is a workaround to fix this issue:
Cloak in as the company the rep is chatting in for /span>
Search for the homeowner under the companies leads /span>/span>
Resave the rep's name under "Sales Reps" within the lead information page. /span>
This will fix the issue. Have the rep refresh the page and try again.
