When a rep chats in and states they are unable to view a proposal because they are getting the error
"Proposal Update Unsuccessful, Please Try Again. No SREC Data Found" The year that is missing information is right there in the Error code, for example, this one is missing the year 2054.

Go under Home to Pricing to Settings to Rebates. You'll then scroll down and see this screen below. First thing you want to check is the third row down where it says "Years to calculate" and make sure there are no more than this many years listed. If there are more than the number in that box, you will need to delete all of the years above the amount listed.

​If there is only that value of years listed, go to the year in the error code (2054 in this example) and click on the pencil to the right and add the SREC Value and click Save.
