If a solar designer reaches out and the production is not matching what is in the survey it is because of the PV Watts calculation being used within Optimus.

To find that setting first check the deal type they are using.

Then locate that deal type within the deal type builder.

Once you have found the correct deal type, hit build.

Please note: Do not change any of the settings while in the deal type builder, this is just to see if PVWatts is turned ON

After hitting build, scroll down to the bottom and there is a setting for PV Watts calculation, if this is turned on that is why the production values are not matching.
