If a rep gets the following error on a financing loan application please verify that the customer phone number is correct. Error: Please check that the customer phone number is valid. See screenshot.

This error occurs because the associated phone number for the customer has to be a text enabled line - essentially it has to be a cell number and not a land line. If the number is not a text enabled number this error message will appear and the Sales Rep will not be able to move through the Sales Flow for financing. Have the Sales Rep enter in a different number that is text enabled and complete the financing page questions to move through the application.
