If a Sales Rep was assigned a new Lead and does not receive SMS/Text notifications:
Confirm that their Sales Organization has a Twilio SMS Phone Number set up on their Enerflo Admin Companies page.

If the Sales Team does not have a Twilio SMS Phone number showing in the highlighted field above, then check the Parent / EPC account they are related to. The Parent Company's Twilio SMS Phone number can be entered and used for the Sales Team.
If the Parent Company does not have a Twilio account, please create a task for the Integrations team to have one added for the Partner.
