If a rep is getting an error when trying to get the Solo proposal into Enerflo (such as below), these are some troubleshooting steps that may fix the issue.
/span>
Find the customer in Solo and make sure the Name and CUSTOMER ID (not proposal ID) match in the Enerflo design request page.
/span>
/span>
After confirming/updating these to match, you can then dispatch the webhook to try and transfer the data by going to the admin gear icon on the left.
/span>
If there is already a proposal created, you can find the proposal in Solo and open it from there first by using the links in the chat, or if the rep knows the proposal ID you can search for that in the search bar at the top.
/span>
/span>
From the proposal, click the 3 lines in the top right to open this menu, click the "Toggle Autosave" off and then click again to be back on.
/span>
Then go back to Enerflo, refresh your page or go out and back into the deal, and it should let you open the Solo proposal from Enerflo now
/span>
Additionally, if you can see a design has been created for the proposal in Solo, make sure to select "no" on this survey question in Enerflo.
/span>
Additionally, make sure the rep is not mistakenly adding the SOLO proposal ID instead of the customer ID into Enerflo.
Another reason the proposal may not be syncing when the rep tries enter the SOLO ID in Enerflo is if the sales rep in Enerflo and SOLO for the deal are not the same. Verify that the sales reps are the same as an option to troubleshoot.
