If a rep chats in saying that their deal isn't pushing through to the install tracker or doesn't have an install tracker button on the signed agreement after it was submitted, there are a few things you can do.
First, make sure the deal was submitted and try submitting it once more. Make sure to ask for proof of loan docs being signed, and then try a manual override (if necessary) to push through to submission. If that doesn't work, you can re-run the install.
Press "Re-Run Install" and wait a few seconds and then refresh. The install tracker button should now be there!

If the error "Something's Not Right Error ID" Populates try pushing Press "Re-Run Install" and wait a few seconds and then refresh. This error should disappear.
