A rep comes in and wants to select a different deal type.

In this example, the rep was wanting a HelioQuote deal and not a Vivint Optimus Aurora deal type.

Click on the "new" button from the Customer Information page.

The rep can select which deal type they want from the dropdown menu./span>

Scroll down to find the deal type.

And then also choose the Sales agent it is assigned to.

Then they can click on "Go to deal."

Then you can see the new deal listed as Helioquote.
