Rep Wants To Re-open Cancelled Deal in V2

A deal in V2 was marked completed, project was submitted, and then it was cancelled at that point. Rep wanted to use that same deal to create a new proposal for the customer, but is unable to select or create a proposal.

Per V2 support, the quickest way around this would be to create a new deal for the customer. It would be a lengthy process to "unwind/reactivate" a completed/submitted deal.
