If the Google Map location verification is unable to locate the customer's address, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Rep did not provide the correct address.
The address does not include the house number.
it's a new build house.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot this issue.
1. First, go to the customer's portal and check if there are any street abbreviations like: Ct, Dr, Ave, etc. If there are any, it's best to spell them out. Ex: Ct => Court, or Dr => Drive.

2- Once you've addressed the step above, go to the maps and make sure the pin is on a house. If it is showing a parking lot (like the example below), a store, or in the middle of nowhere, ask the rep to go to the map and click on "confirm location" and pin the correct house. Then, click on "confirm location" again to save the changes.

3- If the rep can't find the home in the map, it's probably because the house is either a new built home or Google maps has not been updated to show this location. You might need to escalate this so the latitude and longitude can be added to the map in Enerflo.
