HOW TO UPLOAD AN AGREEMENT THAT WAS SIGNED OUTSIDE ENERFLO.
Sometimes a rep will chat in wanting to add a signed agreement to Enerflo from outside Enerflo.
They will need to create the lead and then select a deal type in order to submit a design request in order to access the agreement page. **note: There are some companies that can directly add a signed agreement by using a specific deal type.
Once that has been completed the Company Admin will need to upload the signed agreement into Enerflo.
The option to upload a signed contract is at the bottom of the contract page as seen in screenshot below.

HOW TO SUBMIT A DEAL THAT WAS DONE OUTSIDE ENERFLO
If a sales rep wants to submit a deal that was done completely outside Enerflo, they will need to reach out to their company admin so he/she can submit this project for them.
Note: If the deal the rep wants to submit is for a sales organization, this will have to be done within the EPC the sales organization works with.
The process to submit the deal is the following:
-Cloak into the EPC. (e.g Better Earth)
-Go to EPC >> sales team list.

-Search the name of the sales organization or EPC and next to it you will see a blue "+New install" button. Click that button.

-Fill out the information in this page and attach the agreement as a PDF file. Then, click "continue" and it should load all the information of the deal in Enerflo.
