If a company admin chats in about not being able to re-assign sales reps or setters on leads, it might be because the company admin has too many roles that have a cross-over, which can cause glitches.
For example, since company admins access to viewing and editing all data in Enerflo, they do not need other roles such as the office admin role. Having both roles can cause a glitch.
In the screenshot below, Andres has company admin role and office admin role and because of this, he was not able to re-assign reps on leads. As you can see, the "edit" option next to sales rep is not showing.

To solve this issue, we just need to remove the roles the user does not need. In this case, I removed office admin and call center manager ( he did not use this role) and after that, the "edit" option next to sales rep showed up.
