This will bring up the print screen. Choose to print to PDF or use the built in PDF printer. All computers are different so this screen will be different for different devices. /span>

If for some reason these options are not available for the person chatting in. A chat support specialist also has the option to do this for the person chatting in and either posting in the chat or emailing it to them. Save the pdf to an easily accessible folder and either paste it in to the chat or email it to the address the person in chat provides.
