If an Office Admin chats in that they are unable to find some of the office Sales Reps on the Lead Owner filter drop down it is most likely that the Sales Rep has not been assigned a Sales Rep Office Assignment. Depending on the permissions assigned to the Office Admin they may or may not be able to do this themselves.
To check the office assignment of a Sales Rep go to Enerflo Admin and click on Users. Type in the Sales Rep name and then go in to the Sales Rep profile by clicking on View.

Scroll down to Sales Rep Settings and ensure that this box is filled in for Sales Rep Office Assignment. If that choice says ---select--- the Rep needs to be assigned to an Office or the Office Manager will not be able to locate the Sales Rep in the Lead Owner filter drop down.

To test the addition to the drop down. Ghost in as the Office manager and go to Sales Company/Leads and click on the Filter icon over the Lead Owner column. A drop down of all Sales Reps that are in that office should appear and the Sales Rep name should appear and be able to select with the box. See screenshot..
