This is when the person on the bill is not the person buying the system. i.e. a renter is paying the utility bill, the owner of the residence is buying solar.

Allow NEM Signer will allow the sales rep to put in the name of the person on the utility bill if it is different than who is buying the solar system. This will trigger a 3rd signer process to have the NEM signer(the person who's name is on the utility bill) sign any required utility and interconnection docs.

Allow NEM Override is antiquated and should not be used and will be removed in the future.
