If you're having problems not seeing popups for chats or designs, you might be able to solve this by checking your browser configuration settings. Follow these instructions if you are using Safari as your browser.
Change settings in Safari on Mac
Use Safari settings to make browsing the internet work best for you.

Safari Settings:
Go to the Safari app /span> on your Mac.
Choose Safari > Settings, then click a settings pane:
Tabs: Choose when to open webpages in tabs, choose to move tabs into the toolbar, and select keyboard shortcuts.
AutoFill: Select to automatically fill previously saved contact information on forms, automatically enter previously saved user names and passwords when revisiting websites, and automatically enter previously saved credit card information on webpages.
Search: Choose the search engine you want to use when searching the web in Safari, and select how to use the Smart Search field to help with searches.
Security: Get a warning if you visit a suspected phishing website or a website that uses a nonsecure connection, and allow websites to use JavaScript.
Privacy: Prevent third-party content providers from tracking you across websites, and remove some or all cookies that are stored on your Mac.
Websites: For individual websites, choose to block ads, prevent videos from playing, block pop-ups, and more.
Profiles: Create and customize browsing profiles, and choose what appears when you open a new window or tab in a profile.
Extensions: Add custom controls, change the appearance of web content, and more by installing Safari extensions from the Mac App Store.
Advanced: Show full website addresses in the Smart Search field, set accessibility options, set advanced privacy options, and show features for web developers.

Customize the active website
In the Safari app /span> on your Mac, choose Safari > Settings for [website].
Choose the options you want for the website (options vary by website):
Use Reader when available: View webpage articles without ads or other distractions.
Enable content blockers: Stop ads and other unwanted content from appearing.
Page Zoom: Make text and images easier to see.
Auto-Play: Choose whether video can play automatically on the website.
Pop-up Windows: Choose whether the website can show pop-up windows.
Camera: Choose whether the website can use your camera.
Microphone: Choose whether the website can use your microphone.
Screen Sharing: Choose whether the website can use your camera and microphone.
Location: Choose whether the website can know your location.
Configured Websites | The list of websites you’ve customized. If you don’t see Configured Websites, either you haven’t customized a website yet, or you’ve cleared the list. |
Pop-up Windows | Block pop-up windows that appear when you visit a website.
Note: Some websites use pop-up windows for essential content. |

Show full website address | Have the Smart Search field show the full address of the website you’re viewing instead of just the domain name. For example, www.apple.com/safari/ instead of apple.com. This is extremely helpful when troubleshooting and communicating with the Enerflo Chat Support Team. |
