If there are no deal types showing up for their customer when trying to create a new deal, check to make sure there are both deal types enabled on the sales org settings and deal templates enabled in the authorized dealer settings.
An admin of the company can enable deal templates by clicking My Roles > Sales Company > Sales Organizations. Then, click 'settings' next to the sales org that does not have any deals available under 'General Settings'.
Check the box next to the deal(s) you'd like to enable and then click save.
If the deals are already enabled, click Settings > Installer > Authorized Dealers.
Next, select the name of the sales org that does not see any available deal types.
Under deal templates, select the same template names that were enabled in the previous section and click save.
If deals are enabled in both places and the sales org still cannot create a deal, check to see if the address of the customer is within the installer's market area.
Note: Enerflo support can only enable deal types at the request of a Super Admin from the installer.
