In this example, the appointment type "Home Energy Checkup (HEC Solar Set)" is missing from the choices when scheduling. /span>

The appointment type needs to be added to the office calendar and then it will show up an an available option.
Click Sales company > Sales offices and then view on the office you want to add the calendar to.

Click +add to add the appointment type and it will show up.
