A report not exporting may be due to the max export number being attempted being to high.
Enerflo usually permits 1300-1500 lines in one report. Depending on the individual pulling the report Enerflo may reduced that number even more. A workaround for this is to only pull small numbers of lines.
If the report will not pull between 1300-1500 lines suggest to try less lines and export again.
Navigating to Reports:
Search company admin or manager under "User".
