Sales Company Settings can be accessed by users with the Super Admin role. Navigate to Your Roles > Sales Company > Company Settings.

The tabs on the left contain the settings that can be edited:

  • General - Lead settings, email notification settings, leaderboard view settings, certain user permissions

  • Appointment Types - set up and manage appointment types, including user roles allowed, length, communication settings

  • Email Templates - click +Dynamic Replacements to show fields that can be used in emails

  • Customer Portal - update what information customers see in the portal

  • Google Drive - set the account to be used for all Enerflo files

  • Webhooks - add and configure webhooks

  • API Access - global access API key, generate lead gen API keys

  • State Licensing - no longer used

  • Restrict Installers - no longer used

  • Restrict Deal Types - no longer used

  • Dashboard - hide revenue card and reporting link

  • Project Settings - select how equipment should be displayed on the System Adders section of the Cost Breakdown
