A rep getting an error when trying to create a change order should check with their company admin to ensure they have the correct permission necessary to do so.
A company admin can grant this permission in the user profile by selecting the box marked "Can Create and Update Change Orders". Save this change by clicking "Update Profile" and the user will now be able to create change orders.
