If this error populates when submitting a finance application with GoodLeap, the finance rates need to be synced. Any user with admin permissions can click Settings > Pricing > Finance Options and Goodleap or GoodLeap TPO. Click the Sync button on the top right.
Refresh pricing on the proposal, and run the credit application again.
