There are two errors that a user may see that results in no LightReach products showing:
"There was an error fetching the available options"
"No products are available for this financing method. Please try a different on one or contact your Enerflo Admin"

First, check to make sure that the LightReach Options are showing as available in the product options by clicking Settings > Pricing > Finance Options > LightReach Finance/span>
Second, Make sure that the consumption profile has a utility selected
Third, Check to see if the design has a consumption profile attached. If not, add one and the error should go away.
Fourth, Make sure that the utility works with the Utility. Note, not all LightReach products are available for all partners, so even though the product is on this list may not necessarily mean that the partner has access to it.

If LightReach does not work with the utility can cause this error : The selected utility is not supported by Palmetto. No products are available for this financing method. Please update the utility selected under Consumption Profile or choose a different financing method.

Fifth, check that the offset is not low. When it is low, it will cause the LightReach products to not populate on the dropdown. To adjust the offset, the rep will need to submit a revision request to their design team or adjust the design themselves if using a third party design tool like Aurora, EverBright, etc
Check that the 1st Year Production / System size (aka Production Factor) will meet the requirements as noted in this link provided by LightReach: https://help.palmetto.finance/en/articles/8500574-active-utilities
If this factor is below threshold, this will also cause an error in trying to get available products.
There may also be specific production requirements for each state.
Texas- Production needs to be 800 X System Size.
βIllinois- First year production 10,000 seems to be the lowest LR will allow.
Sixth, check that the equipment, both module and inverter are on LR approved vendor list. https://help.palmetto.finance/en/articles/8305929-approved-vendor-list-avl
Lastly, Try to create the account directly in the LightReach portal. If finance options show in their portal that are not showing in Enerflo, sync rates and try again. If they are still not showing, reach out to Enerflo support for help.
