Inactive Pricing Model

If you are getting an error stating "Inactive Pricing Model The pricing model configured for this deal is no longer active please contact your Enerflo Admin", the sales org no longer has an active pricing model added to their deal template.

An admin user under the Installer can update the pricing model on the sales org by clicking Settings > Installer > Authorized Dealers.

Click on the sales org name and under Pricing Models, add a pricing model. If there is no pricing model, the installer can add one. Enerflo support can not make any changes to the pricing model assignments.

No Pricing Models Found

If you are getting the error "No pricing models found, at least one pricing model is required for a proposal to be created", a pricing model has not been added to the deal template.

An admin user under the installer can update the deal template to add a pricing model by clicking Settings > Deal > Deal Templates and then into the proposal plugin. Under "Pricing Models", add the pricing model you want to use for the deal template.
