If you are getting a 401: Restricted Access error when trying to access Aurora, it is likely that you are not the assigned sales rep on the deal in Aurora.
Follow the steps below to update the sales rep on the deal in Aurora:
Navigate to Aurora by clicking the three dots > Aurora Sales/Design Mode

Once logged in select Exit in the top-right corner & navigate to Project Overview

This will take you to the Customer Dashboard. The assigned Sales Rep is listed at the top. Select the drop-down arrow, search for the correct Sales Rep name and change.
