If you see an "Uh oh. That was a bad request!" error "we can't find what you're looking for" error when trying to access a deal, the deal template is not enabled or the lead address is not within the installers market.
A user with admin permissions can make sure the deal type is turned on for the authorized dealer by clicking My Roles > EPC>Sales Org>Settings and make sure the deal template box checked.
Also check that the deal is enabled for the authorized dealer by clicking Settings>Installer>Authorized Dealer. Click into the correct org and make sure deal the correct deal templates are enabled.
If the deal templates are turned on, check that the address is entered in correctly and that the zip code is within the installer's market.
