When a user is using the auto-scheduler to schedule an appt and gets the error "No appointments found. Please check your appointment type settings to ensure there is a time window", it is most likely that the user trying to schedule the appt is not in the same office the lead is assigned to. To fix this error, do the following:

To fix a "no appointments found" error, do the following:
Go to Sales Company > settings > company settings > appointment types.
Search the appointment name and click on the blue pencil to edit
Find the setting at the bottom of the appointment labeled, "DO NOT require the users to be in the SAME office as the customer?" Check the box and click save.
This allows users in different offices to schedule an appointment using the auto-scheduler.
Return to the lead page and schedule an appointment
Notes:
If you still keep getting the same error, check the appointment length. Sales reps often get this error when the default appointment length is an hour or longer, and the sales rep does not have an opening on their calendar.
Also, check that the user you want to assign to the appointment type has time open on their calendar.
