Users with Company Admin permissions can create custom slides and a custom Optimus Proposal Slideshow using the Optimus Configurator.
View the Optimus Configurator by clicking Settings>Proposal>Optimus Templates
You can then either create a new template, or edit a previously created template.
Adding Custom Slides in Optimus
Download the requested image to be added to Optimus slide deck
Open Optimus Template
i.e. solarcompany.enerflo.io/settings/proposal/optimus-templates
Click on template that needs to be updated/edited
Scroll down to bottom and click + Add Custom Slide
Upload the image you want to show on your new slide.
Note: Slides have to be static images. We cannot pull in deal data to customize the slide for different customers.
Optimus Slide Image Details
If you would like to add custom slides and want to match the format of the existing slides, here are some details:
Font = Product Sans
Ideal Resolution = 1366 x 1024. Note - Optimus will scale images, but this is the ideal resolution
Video = mp4, max file size 7 mb and 13 seconds
Optimus Slides are in Landscape format so to be consistent you should design your slides in the same format and not Portrait. Portrait formatted slides can result in the bottom being "cut off".
