Deal Dispositions are reasons that correspond to a deals status (active, cancelled, on hold). This is a reporting feature that is used to dictate why deal statuses were changed.
To add or edit deal dispositions, go to Settings > Deal > Deal Dispositions.
To add a new disposition, click +New in the top right. Add the name, a description, and a corresponding deal status (active, cancelled, complete, or on hold). For example, you might set up a disposition for deals that are put into "On Hold" status due to a credit issue. Once configured, be sure to save.

Deal dispositions can be deleted using the red trash can when no longer needed.
To add a disposition to a deal, click the box next to the customer name at the top and change from "Active" to the desired status. A box will pop up, and deal disposition can be selected from the "Reason" dropdown.
