Users will be able to add notes to an agreement if the appropriate setting is enabled. An EPC admin user can find this by going to Your Roles > EPC > Settings. In the General Settings section, check yes next to "Contracts: Add a notes box in the edit screen" to allow reps to add notes to the agreement before sending it for signing.
When this setting is turned on, to add a note click View Contract from the Contracting stage of the deal, and then click Edit Signer Info at the bottom. There will be a notes box on the bottom of the signer information popup.

POSSIBLE ISSUES WHEN TRYING TO ADD NOTES IN THE AGREEMENT
If notes are not pushing through although they are saved in the notes box, it is likely the contract is missing the necessary annotation to pull the notes through. This needs to be updated by Enerflo Support.
