Org Users and Admins

Users of a V2 org can be assigned as an org user or org admin.

Org users have read-only access to all deals across their org and can work in and edit their own deals, submit design requests. etc. This is the role that will be given to most users.

Org admin gives the user access to all deals across the org as well as access to company settings (Comparable to the super admin role in V1). This role should only be given to users who are in an admin role at their company.

Org admins can assign other users the Org Admin role by clicking the "Is Admin User" checkbox in the App Settings section of their profile. Enerflo Support cannot assign this role without the direct request of an existing Org Admin.

A user's role is shown next to their name. If a user doesn't have a role-type badge, they are an org user.

Additional Roles

Additional roles can be created to manage permissions for different functions. All users will automatically have the Base Role. Any permissions that all org users should have can be toggled on in the base role.

To create a new role, navigate to Settings > Org > Roles and click +New in the upper right corner. The following permissions can be assigned:

Aerialytic

  • Designer Mode: Allows users to access designer mode to fine-tune designs created by Aerialytic.

Audit Log

  • Users can view a list of audit logs.

Deal

  • Create: Users can create new deals.

  • Reassign Sales Rep: Users can reassign the sales representative for a deal to other users within their organization.

  • Stakeholder Edit: Users can edit deals in which they are stakeholders.

  • Edit: Users have the ability to edit deals.

Finance

  • List Applications: Users can view all past finance applications related to a deal.

  • Manage Applications: Users can manage finance applications.

  • Manage Workflows: Users can manage finance workflows.

  • Sync Application Status: Users can synchronize the status of a finance application.

Smart Pull

  • Run Smart Pull: Users can run smart pulls on deals.

VSR Support Rep

  • Users can update VSR prospects.

  • Users can view VSR prospects.

Once the role is created, assign it to the appropriate users by going to the Users tab under Edit Role at the top. Click +Add in the top right to search for and assign users. Alternatively, assign roles to a user directly by using the toggles under the Roles section in their profile.
